Jack Lambert: limited in practice

When all of us are expecting the senior guy in lambert jersey to return onto the field in time, there is another news coming out to suggest that he would be limited to individual drills during the Pittsburgh Steelers’ offseason organized team activities.

Jack Lambert suffered his ankle injury in December last year, but with three months of rest and recovery, he still could not join with his teammates for the preseason activities at all. It is said that he still felt not well of his ankle. He had tried to take some practices, but there was still painful of his left ankle. So now maybe more time is needed for his recovery.

The information got from the hospital said that enough rest was necessary for Jack Lambert, if not any injury could ruin his later football career. And the hospital said that the great eager of taking practices already brought negative influence to his recovery, and when he took the practices recently, he did not pay enough attention to his ankle at all.

So even he could present at some of the games this year, he must pay attention to his left ankle, otherwise, it could never be ok.
