The information got from the hospital said that enough rest was necessary for Jack Lambert, if not any injury could ruin his later football career. And the hospital said that the great eager of taking practices already brought negative influence to his recovery, and when he took the practices recently, he did not pay enough attention to his ankle at all.
So even he could present at some of the games this year, he must pay attention to his left ankle, otherwise, it could never be ok.

It is a good way for the fameous people to use his own life experience to inspire the others who are in troubles or in confusion. When the new graduates will soon lead their social life, there must be a lot of problems and obstacles on the way to success. Recently, Polamalu gave one of his own story to inspire the graduates.
He said that when he was a graduate, he was very fond of playing football, and he wanted to a member of the NFL office. At that time, he sent 40 letters to the office, but there was no response, he did not give up and sent more letters to the headquarters, until one day a weary league executive invited him to “stop by when you’re in the neighborhood”. After tweenty five years hard working, he was appointed to his dream job: commissioner of the NFL.

Playing Pick-up with Troy Polamalu
Where it happened was not clear for me, but what i will tell is true.
Maybe it was at the mall, the gym, or just the hopping restaurant that I met the legendary guy in troy polamalu jersey. At the very beginning, we all just treated him as one of the fans of Troy Polamalu, they we played with him. We saw the guy in crowd, then we asked him to join us to play football. And at that time, he said that he was the fan of Polamalu, and we just believed what he said. He told us that we were Cardinals fans, we all watched a lot of football. We did not recognized that because his hair pulled back tighter than you normally see on the pictures or television.
He taught how to play the football and the skills of passing,catching,etc. We just appreciated his good skills and tried to obtain them, but just within several minitues, we were surrounded by the passerbys. Maybe at the very beginning they doubted whether he was the fameous guy on the television, then more and more people jioned to us to play football.
